The time is now to suit up for battle… but this battle is not fought with guns.  It’s not fought with Bible thumping threats of hell and judgment.  It’s not fought with legalistic cries for separation from the world.  It is not fought with fear inducing proclamations that the end is near.  It is fought with the love of God, in the power of the Spirit with the message of grace through faith.  Those who use the Bible to preach hate will wrongly view grace as tolerance for sin.  They will claim to have a Biblically informed view, but in fact they are just a new brand of Pharisee.  Grace is not tolerance for sin.  Grace is the only power that brings freedom from sin.  I find it interesting that while legalism is yelling and screaming repent… God is singing over His people with love.  God is not frantic.  He’s not hyped up about the “last days.”  His agenda has NOT changed.  His timeline is not threatened.  He is coming soon and the signs of the times are all around us.  His message is still the same.  For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believes in Him will not perish but have everlasting life.  Listen to the song that God is singing over you today and respond to His love.  It will change your life forever.
