What a comfort to know that I am righteous because the blood of Jesus has washed away every single one of my sins.  I am not righteous based on my goodness or my ability to overcome sin.  I am righteous based on the grace of God alone by faith in the finished work of Jesus on the cross.  For that reason, God hears my prayers.  If you are in Christ, you can have that same assurance that God hears your prayers because you are righteous in Him.  If you have never surrendered your life to Jesus, you can do that right where you are by praying a simple prayer… giving your live wholly and completely to Jesus.  My prayer is you will do it today.  Jesus is Alive!!!

The LORD is far from the wicked, But He hears the prayer of the righteous.
