How often do you say something you don’t mean? Even in the age of texting, we let our thumbs think for us, and then we reread and regret it later on. Today, Pastor Holland reminds us that every single word in the Bible is intentional. It’s a living book with multiple layers; you may study a verse a hundred times and in that last reread, you discover meaning you hadn’t known was there. Don’t pick and choose what you take away from the Gospel; every word of it is essential and has significance.
