We live in perilous times.  The justice system of America has rejected God as King and the Bible as the basis of law and thus judges are doing what is right in their own eyes.  One of the levels of Spiritual Warfare listed by Paul are powers.  Powers are demonic forces that gain their authority through law.  We are seeing this right now in America where the liberal justice system has enacted law that is contrary to Biblical standards and thus it becomes illlegal to exercise your faith in America.  This week Kim Davis was arrested for refusing to participate in a law that violates her Christian faith.  This is unprecidented in the history of the United States.  Some say we are a nation of laws and she swore and oath to uphold the law.

May I remind us that our forefather Thomas Jefferson said…

“If a law is unjust, a man is not only right to disobey it, he is obligated to do so.”

The only answer to the problem of law is grace.  As long as we are trying to govern ourselves under the law there will be problems.  Grace points people back to a direct, face to face encounter with the living God and when a man is governed by God there is peace.  Right now the various activists are making their points thinking they don’t have to answer to Jesus.  But when Jesus shows up in His people… it will be like Paul in the marketplace.  Revival or Riot!  I’m looking forward to a good Holy Ghost outpouring.
